How it works, in 21 seconds

Curated and directed by a real expert with your guidance at every step. We find the value message and storyboard and direct the video with you.

Recent work

Training first: a five module clinical series and a device tutorial, then an explainer and a book trailer from the same studio. Each one started as a conversation and a few documents.

Healthcare training

Epinephrine training module

A 19 minute clinical module, narrated and illustrated, written to the curriculum of a state training program.
Medical device

Emergency medication station tutorial

5 minute product training for frontline staff. Script approved, voiced, illustrated and delivered in 4 days.
Software, concept piece

Product explainer for a recruiting platform

A 30 second launch explainer, voiced and scored, built from a one page brief in 2 days.
Publishing

Book trailer and website hero loop

A cinematic trailer for a business book, plus the homepage loop and social cuts from the same source. Brief to final in 5 days.

What we make

Narrated, illustrated and motion graphic video, produced from your brief and the materials you already have.

Training and onboarding

Explainers and launches

Hero loops and social reels

Sales and investor videos

Customer education

Course and e‑learning modules

Brand and founder stories

Internal communications

Short ads

What we do not do. Live action shoots, on camera interviews, or long form documentary. If you need a camera crew, we will say so in the value session and point you to someone good.

How it works

Four steps. The second one is the promise.

Day 0

Brief and value session

Send what you have: a script, a deck, a product page, a checklist, a voice memo. In a 15 minute value session we draw out the value message and storyboard the video together. Your approval of the quote, script and storyboard starts the clock.

48 hours after approval

First cut

A complete, watchable draft with voice, visuals and music, within 48 hours of your approval of the quote, script and storyboard. A video, not a storyboard.

Days 4 to 7

Iterate together

Two revision rounds included, live on a call or by written notes. Most projects finish in one.

Delivery

Yours to use

Final files in every format you need, licensed to you for any use. Voice and music are licensed for commercial work.

If the first cut misses If the first cut departs from the approved script and storyboard, it is reworked before any invoice. A fast cut only counts if it is worth watching.

Have a script, a deck, or just an idea? Send it over and we will find the message together. Your first cut follows 48 hours after you approve the quote, script and storyboard.

Who you are working with

Harman Johar

Harman directs every project himself: the script, the voice choice, the pacing, and every call with you. By trade he is an enterprise AI architect who designs AI systems for Fortune 500 companies, and he built the Clearcut Motion pipeline so that one director can deliver studio grade video at small business prices.

You get a reply within one business day, a first cut 48 hours after you approve the quote, script and storyboard, and the same person on every call from the first conversation to the final file. Based in Phoenix, working with clients anywhere.

Pricing and rights, in plain words

Training modules and series are quoted per project after the value session, with the scope, the review steps and the schedule written down. A 60 to 120 second explainer is typically quoted between $1,000 and $1,500. No work and no charge until you approve the quote.

For series and regulated teams Series are planned module by module with a written schedule. A reviewer sign off step sits in the timeline before each final, and every module ships with captions, chapter files and a timestamp sheet so your reviewers can comment by the second. Contract, W-9 and a one page capabilities sheet on request.
Continuity and your materials Source files and a project archive are handed over at each milestone, so nothing depends on one person's laptop. Your documents are used only for your project, processed under business terms that exclude training, and deleted 90 days after delivery on request. No patient or employee personal data is accepted.

Yours to use

A perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to the finished video, for any use including paid ads. Source files available on request.

Two rounds included

A round is one consolidated set of notes, answered with a new cut. Further rounds are quoted before the work starts.

Licensed audio

Voice and music are licensed through their providers for commercial use, and the terms ship with the files, so your legal team can file them.

Questions people ask before they book

Does it look like AI?

The visuals, voice and music are produced with AI tools. The script, the direction, the pacing and every decision are made by a person, with you. Play the reel above and decide for yourself. No stock templates, and the same pipeline that made a 19 minute clinical module made the 30 second reels.

Who writes the script if all I have is a checklist?

Harman does, from whatever you have: a checklist, a deck, a product page, a recording of you explaining it. You review the script and the storyboard before anything is built. If you already have a script, it is used as written or tightened with your approval.

Will it show our real product, workflow and forms?

Yes. Product screens, your forms, your floor plan, your equipment. Where a real screen does not exist yet, it is illustrated to match your brand.

Is the voice synthetic, and will people notice?

The narration is a licensed AI voice, chosen with you from a short list, and corrected line by line until pronunciation and pacing are right. Play the reel above and decide for yourself. If you prefer your own voice or a human voice actor, both can be arranged and quoted.

What if we hate the first cut?

If it departs from the approved script and storyboard, it is reworked before any invoice. Two full revision rounds are included after that. If we are not aligned after the value session, we stop there at no cost.

Can we skip the call?

Yes. Choose "a quote by email" on the brief and Harman replies in writing with the number, the scope and the first questions. The value session is there for anyone who wants help finding the message, not a gate.

What about a series, or a project with legal and clinical review?

Series are planned module by module with a written schedule and quoted per project. A reviewer sign off step is built into the timeline before the final, and every module ships with captions, chapter files and a timestamp sheet so your reviewers can comment by the second. Contract, W-9 and a one page capabilities sheet are available on request.

Pick one.
Who watches it, and what should they do or know afterward? One or two sentences is plenty. A sentence or two helps us come to the session prepared.
How should Harman reply?

Optional: tell us more now. Every answer here is one less question later, and your first draft arrives faster. Skip anything; we cover the rest together.

Part A The story and the voice 0 of 16 answered
Only if it could be misread. Example: Kestrelo, said KES-treh-low.
If they watch muted, every spoken line also appears on screen.
Exactly as it should appear. Example: Book a free walkthrough at kestrelo.com.
Numbers, results, how it works, and where each fact comes from.
We show the contrast fairly and, unless you ask, without naming another company.
Prices, guarantees, results, timing, legal, medical or regulatory statements.
A link is best. If there are several versions, say which one is current.
Example: about 45 seconds, up to 60 is fine.
Pick one. For a narrator or a character we send two or three voices reading the same line, so you choose by ear.
Gender, age range, tone and pace (calm, warm, energetic, authoritative; measured or brisk), or leave it to us.
If you picked a character or more than one voice: who speaks, and what each one sounds like.
A link to a voice you like (an ad, a podcast, a video), and what you like about it.
Only if your audience needs one, for example British English, Australian English or Spanish.
Your tagline, the terms you always use, the ones you never use.
Real names and likenesses need their written permission; otherwise we invent a fictional cast.
Part B The look and the animation 0 of 10 answered
No kit? Your website is enough; we take the colors and fonts from it.
Every style uses your colors, fonts and logo.
Links are fine.
Example: calm, exact, warm; never salesy, never glossy, never cartoonish.
The setting, the people in it (roles, how they dress, the range of your customers), any recurring character, the props that matter.
Screens, device photos, a short recording. We redraw screens with fictional data.
Example: a disclaimer, "examples are fictional", "independent of" a partner.
A quiet bed under the voice, or a build with a swell; anything to avoid; a track you own.
We use AI tools and direct every frame.
Part C Delivery and permissions 0 of 6 answered
Every place the video will live Each needs its own shape and some need a thumbnail. Tell us all of them now.
Legal, clinical, compliance or a partner.
Other videos in a series, a course, a manual, your website copy.
Google Drive, Dropbox or similar: logo, script, screenshots, references.
